Fleet Management Solutions for all sizes

Bay Imaging employs veteran, OEM authorized technicians, each with over ten years of experience (that’s about 3000 service calls!). We stock parts for the majority of laser printers. Our technician vehicles carry inventory to fix over 95% of our service calls in one visit.

Break & Fix Service Calls

Nearly all printers are fixed onsite in one visit in under an hour. In the rare instance they can’t be, when appropriate, our technicians will bring your printer to our repair depot for more in-depth analysis and leave you with a loaner so that you can continue operations. You will never receive a surprise bill from us. Once the problem is identified, we will discuss solutions and pricing with you and have your authorization before we begin the repairs.

Printer Fleet Management Services

Bay Imaging prides itself on its ability to customize a printer fleet management service to meet your specific needs. Our most popular program is the NO WORRIES Program; all maintenance and service (parts, labor, shipping, delivery) costs are included in the price of toner cartridges used and purchased from us. In many cases this is less than customers are paying for toner alone.

Bay Imaging also offers printer fleet monitoring software which polls all printers notifying via email or web dashboard each printer’s status including potential trouble spots BEFORE they hit, such as toner levels or the need for an XYZ maintenance service call. This program can be used in conjunction with the No Worries Program or on a COST PER PAGE pricing model.

All our comprehensive programs pass on both hard and soft cost savings to you. The soft costs associated with processing all phases of a purchase order (service call, toner order) for example are $150 to $250. Those costs are virtually eliminated with having one simple invoice per month covering all printer related services and supplies. Included in the pricing models above AT NO EXTRA CHARGE are all labor and parts for maintenance cleanings, maintenance kits, repairs, toner inventory management, toner shipping/delivery and removal of used cartridges for recycling. These agreements are offered in month to month or yearly increments.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

We provide varying levels of coverage in our Total Laser Care (TLC) yearly maintenance agreements which in general address the following on a price per machine basis:

● Parts and labor for repairs.
● One or more service cleaning per contract year.
● Unlimited service calls, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
● A response time within 8 business hours, usually within a few hours.

Free Laser Printers!

You can use OUR printers at YOUR facility, thus eliminating the capital outlay of purchasing new machines. We just charge you for what you print on a cost per page basis of LESS THAN ONE PENNY PER PAGE. Included in this most reasonable price is all the toner and service offered in the No Worries and Cost per Page programs above. (The exact same service is available for printers that you own, at lower rates.) You can pay on a cost per page or per toner cartridge basis. Again, you get just one invoice per month that covers all machines in the program. This is also offered in month to month or yearly increments.

Consultation on Purchases and Upgrades

Our business has been laser printers for almost 20 years. We know how each model works and the real total cost of ownership, the least of which is the initial purchase price. So, if you are thinking of replacing or upgrading your printer(s), we will consult with you at no charge and you will be surprised with our findings. If you are purchasing new printers we can assist you in finding the best deal for the printer(s) of your choice and we always have excellent warranted refurbished printers available.
