This information extends beyond the costs of toner and service, and attempts to seek clear understanding of all of your company’s print-related costs.

Your costs can be broken down into a number of key cost structures. These include easy to identify hard costs and less easy to capture soft costs. A primary objective of Bay Imaging is to capture and track each of these, and address these costs directly.
