Exceptional Quality Remanufactured Toner Cartridges
Bay Imaging started remanufacturing toner cartridges in the early 1990s. Our primary motivation was to make a contribution towards “saving the environment”, and in the process, to help our customers save up to 30% to 40% on toner cartridges and minimize the hassles of owning and using printers.
As this idea took off elsewhere around the country, we decided to close our plant and work with those remanufacturing companies whose quality and ethics matched our own. To that end, our President, Simon Vivian, travels to remanufacturing facilities to inspect operations, observe and talk to employees in the production chain, brainstorm with R&D department personnel and get to know the company principal officers and business philosophy. When satisfied with quality and long-term commitments to this venture, Bay Imaging knows it has the right provider.
Many toner cartridges are available in extra high yield versions. These are specially engineered to handle up to more than 60% pages per cartridge. This results in less ordering and handling of cartridges and less cost per page.

With over a decade of experience in remanufacturing high-quality toner cartridges, we know how to build them and we know what we want in a remanufactured toner cartridge for our customers. The defect rate on the cartridges we sell is right up there with OEM – less than 1%.

Green Recycling Program for Used Cartridges
Imagine each and every one of us returning our used cartridges, one at a time, to the manufacturer? Now that’s a huge impact on the environment in terms of individual truck route deliveries, and often such a hassle that some want to avoid entirely, so they just dump their used toner cartridges in their dumpsters.
Bay Imaging will accept or collect your used cartridges (regardless of whether you’ve purchased them from us or not) and store them in our warehouse until we have pallets full. These are shipped in bulk to local vendors for reuse and recycling. For cartridges that cannot be recycled (and for which we’re always looking for solutions), we recycle the cardboard and dispose of legally.
